Are Biovana’s products FDA-approved?
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved as combinations. The active ingredients in our products are FDA-regulated, and prescriptions are filled by FDA-registered 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies. A clinician will discuss this with you before prescribing.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes. Every Biovana treatment is RX-only. You complete an online assessment, a US-licensed clinician reviews it (and may follow up), and — if appropriate — writes a prescription. We never ship without one.
Which states do you serve?
Biovana operates in all 50 US states. Specific medications may have state-level restrictions; we’ll let you know during the assessment if a treatment isn’t available in your state.
How fast is shipping?
Most orders ship within 2 business days of the prescription being filled and arrive in 2–5 business days. Cold-chain peptides ship overnight with insulated packaging at no extra cost.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes, any time. Manage refills and pause, skip, or cancel from your account in two clicks. No phone calls.
How do you protect my health information?
We’re HIPAA-compliant. Your medical history, assessment responses, and prescriptions are encrypted at rest and in transit. We never sell or share patient data.
