Are compounded medications FDA-approved?

No. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed. Compounded medications are not generic drugs. A licensed provider determines whether one is appropriate for an individual patient.

Do I need a prescription?

Yes. Prescription treatment requires review by an independent AyaRx licensed provider. The provider may ask follow-up questions and decides whether to prescribe. Completing an assessment does not guarantee treatment or a prescription.

Which states do you serve?

Services are available only where an AyaRx provider is licensed and e-RxHub is authorized to dispense and ship. Your residential address and ZIP code are used to verify availability, and you will be notified before clinical services if service is unavailable in your jurisdiction.

How fast is shipping?

Timing depends on provider review, prescription processing, medication availability, and destination. If a prescription is issued, the pharmacy provides the applicable fulfillment and shipping information.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Any recurring-payment and cancellation terms are shown before purchase. Contact customer support before the next billing date if you need help changing a service plan.

How do you protect my health information?

Medical providers and pharmacies are responsible for protecting health information under applicable law. Uniloop supplies the technology platform and acts as a HIPAA business associate where applicable. See the Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices for details.
